Terms
Plain-language terms for this website, the Havrin beta and the free meter. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The beta
Havrin is in a private beta. It is free while the beta lasts, it may change or stop working, and features can be added or removed as we learn what saves usage without losing quality. We ask for feedback but never require it.
Your use
You may use the Havrin plugin on your own machines, for your own work or your company's. Please don't redistribute it, resell it or share your beta access. You remain responsible for your use of Claude Code and for following Anthropic's terms for your plan or API account.
The free meter
The havrin package on PyPI is open source under the MIT license. That license, not these terms, governs the meter's code.
Prices and payment
Nothing is charged during the beta. Before any paid plan starts, we email you its price, and you are only charged if you choose a plan. Paid plans can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the period you paid for.
Our promise on paid plans
If /havrin:savings shows that Havrin saved you less than it cost you in a paid month, email us within 30 days of that month's end with the report, and we refund that month.
No warranty
Havrin is provided as is. We test every change against plain Claude Code and publish what we measure, but we can't guarantee any particular saving or result for your work. Keep using version control and your tests, as you would anyway.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Havrin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and material changes are announced by email before they apply. Questions: [email protected].
